Spay and Neuter Funding
Spay and neuter funding is at the heart of what we do at Whiskers Community Rescue. By providing financial support for these essential procedures, we’re not only improving the health and well-being of individual cats, but also helping prevent the cycle of overpopulation that leaves so many without homes. Every dollar goes directly toward giving cats the care they need—reducing suffering, preventing unwanted litters, and creating a stronger, more compassionate community. With continued support, we can ensure more cats receive the chance to live safe, healthy, and loved lives.

TNR Funding
TNR stands for Trap-Neuter-Return. A humane method for managing feral and stray cat populations. It involves humanely trapping cats, neutering or spaying them, vaccinating them, ear-tipping for identification, and returning them to their outdoor home to stop breeding, reduce colony sizes over time, and stop nuisance behaviors like fighting and spraying.

Emergency Vet Care Funding for Dogs & Cats
At Whiskers Community Rescue, our emergency veterinary fund helps provide critical, life-saving treatment for dogs and cats in need, from unexpected injuries to urgent illnesses. These are the moments when help can’t wait, and your support makes it possible. Every donation goes directly toward giving animals a fighting chance, covering emergency surgeries, medications, and care when they need it most. Help us be there when it matters most—donate today and save a life.

Keeping Pets with Their People
At Whiskers Community Rescue, we believe that pets are family—and families should stay together whenever possible. We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges, and sometimes pet owners feel they have no choice but to surrender a beloved companion. Our goal is to ease that burden by offering support and solutions that help keep pets in the homes where they are loved. Through assistance with pet food, veterinary care, flea and tick prevention, transportation, and other essential needs, we work alongside our community to prevent unnecessary separations. By supporting both people and their pets during difficult times, we help preserve the bond that matters most.

Supplies Needed
Food, flea meds and other necessities.
To continue providing care and support for the animals we serve, we are always in need of essential supplies. Donations such as cat and dog food, flea and tick treatments, litter, cleaning products, and basic medical supplies help us meet daily needs and respond quickly to new rescues. These items make an immediate difference in the health, comfort, and safety of every animal in our care. Whether it’s a single bag of food or ongoing support, every contribution helps us continue our mission with compassion and consistency.

Senior Pets Senior Program
Our Senior Pets for Seniors Program is dedicated to keeping beloved companions together while helping older cats and dogs find safe, loving homes. We understand that for many seniors, caring for a pet can become financially or physically challenging. Through this program, our volunteers offer support with basic needs such as pet food, litter, and assistance with routine veterinary care when possible. By easing these burdens, we help ensure that pets remain healthy and cared for, while providing seniors with the comfort, companionship, and joy that only a pet can bring.
